"Still holding up really well"
Had my Sleeping Duck mattress for a little over a year now and it’s still feeling solid. No major sagging or weird lumps yet, which was the thing I was most worried about. It’s comfy and the quality feels good overall. It did take me a couple of weeks to properly get used to it tho. Giving it 4 stars because it’s defintely not cheap, but so far the durability has been good

I bought the Sleeping Duck mostly because I kept waking up hot during the night, which was getting a bit ridiculous. It’s definitely been better than my old mattress — I don’t feel that trapped heat as much, and I’m not throwing the doona off every hour like I used to. On really warm nights I still get a bit sweaty, though I’m starting to suspect my room might be the real problem there. Giving it 4 stars because it’s not some magical cooling cloud, but overall the temperature side is good and I’m sleeping a lot more settled.

My partner used to toss and turn like they were battling a storm in their sleep, and I felt every single movement. Now? Nothing. I can actually sleep through the night without being launched awake. It’s such a relief and so, so good.

"Packed Properly and Easy to Unbox"
The mattress showed up really well packed, and the box wasn’t all beat up, which I appreciated. Unboxing it was straightforward and didn’t leave a weird mess everywhere. It took some effort to get it inside, but that’s expected with a mattress. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived. It’s nice when companies actually take care with shipping instead of just tossing things out the door...

I decided to keep it and, honestly... I’m glad I did. The first week was kind of just okay, but by week two I was sleeping a lot better. So yeah, it worked out for me.

The mattress arrived when it was supposed to, and it feel pretty much the same as the one we tried in the shop. No big surprises, really. It’s comfy, seems good quality, and we’re happy with it so far.

"I had a feeling medium was going..."
I had a feeling medium was going to be the better fit for me, i was right. We switched my side to medium after about a week and it made a big difference. It took a little messing around to get it sorted, but now I’m sleeping way more comfortably. Solid mattress overall, 4 stars from me.

"Refund came through, but I was a bit unsure at first"
The refund did take a little longer than I expected, and I’ll admit I started feeling a bit suspicious after I’d already paid. For a while I wasn’t sure if everything was going to be handled properly. In the end, though, the refund came through and everything turned out fine.

Delivery went smoothly, no complaints there. The mattress was definitely heavier than I expected, and I had to drag it down the hallway while my dog kept getting in the way, but the instructions were clear enough. Took me about 15 minutes to get everything set up, maybe a little less if I hadn’t stopped to move a pile of laundry first

"Really impressed with the edge support so far"
I’ve only had my Sleeping Duck mattress for about a month, so it’s still fresh in my mind, but the edge support is easily the thing I’ve noticed most.
I sit on the side of the bed most mornings to put my socks on, and it doesn’t dip or collapse like my old mattress used to. Even sleeping close to the edge feels steady, without that feeling like I might roll off.
Maybe it stands out more because I was dealing with the opposite so recently, but right now I’m really happy with it. Five stars from me.

It’s still mostly comfy and I’m happy with it overall, but I do feel like it’s not quite as comfortable as I expected all the time. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed after using it for a bit. Has anyone else had the same issue?

"My back is feeling so much better"
I’ve been really happy with this mattress. My back feels way better since I started sleeping on it, and it has a nice balance of support without feeling like I’m lying on a board. It did take me a few nights to adjust, but now I’m sleeping really well. Definitely glad I got it.

"Easy delivery, no dramas"
Ordered a mattress from Sleeping Duck the delivery updates were spot on. I got texts and emails the whole way through, so I wasn’t sitting around wondering what was going on. The driver gave me a buzz on the day too, which was super handy. They gave a clear delivery window and actually rocked up when they said they would. Cruisy experience all round, no mucking about

I ended up buying from Sleeping Duck mostly because the warranty just made sense to me, honestly. It was clear, didn’t feel full of confusing fine print, and that gave me a bit of confidence before spending the money. I guess I liked the feeling that they actually stand behind the mattress, not just sell it to you and then vanish. So far I’m really happy with it, and it just feels like I made a safe buy, which is kind of all I wanted

"Showed up quicker than expected!!"
I ordered this and it actually arrived faster than I thought it would!!! The tracking was decent too, so I wasn’t totally in the dark while waiting!! There was a small delay with the delivery time window, which was a little annoying, but nothing major!!! Overall, I’m happy with the experience!!

"Finally sleeping better"
I was kind of tired of trying different things and dealing with all the usual promises, so I didn’t expect much. But since getting this, I’ve been sleeping a lot better. I’m waking up less during the night, and my back isn’t nearly as sore in the morning. Relieved it actually helped.
